PHASE 1 THOROUGH SCREENING

Every applicant receives a personal interview so that we can better understand their skills, work history and overall attitude. Whenever possible, we obtain verification of previous work history.

PHASE 2 IN-DEPTH TRAINING AND SKILLS TESTING

We utilize web-based skills testing, enabling us to select skills assessments based on our clients' specific needs; Our training opportunities are designed specifically to support and enhance a light industrial environment, including:

  • Safety, both general and client specific
  • Quality Control
  • Supervisory and Leadership
  • Lift Truck Operators

PHASE 3 ON-GOING COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS

We conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with our clients to ensure the expectations and guidelines are being met, through a review of Key Operational Metrics; we conduct regular performance reviews with our employees to reward positive be-havior and coach areas of weakness.
