As we celebrate Black History Month, we’re spotlighting Bland’s Florist, a Black-founded Petersburg business that has been serving the community for over 40 years. A fellow Southern Virginia Regional Chamber (SOVA) member, they help make life’s moments more beautiful, from weddings to “just because” bouquets.
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, it’s the perfect time to shop local. Browse their arrangements and gifts on their website.
A minority women-owned business, AdvantaStaff is the go-to resource for qualified staffing and direct hire placements – from seasonal to long-term – across all areas of manufacturing including logistics, light industrial, and advanced manufacturing. As we’ve supported workforce development in Central Virginia and beyond for over 20 years, we love to support events and businesses that benefit the Greater Richmond community. Want to be featured?
