AdvantaStaff is looking to hire Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Specialist. This position is a fulltime placement. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in CRM systems, data integrity and report generation. Strong analytic, reporting, internal collaboration, and project management skills are essential for the role.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, Maintain, and Improve the CRM Database (MS Dynamics)
  • Weekly & Monthly Report Generation Tracking All Phases of the Sales Pipeline
  • Data Entry for Opportunities to Measure & Project Market Size
  • Engage with Business Groups to Understand the Strategic Visions for CRM and Manage Opportunities Through the Sales Funnel
  • Strategic Go/No-Go Data Driven Sales Decision Making
  • Idea Generation and Exploration, nothing is in stone – you are the specialist and our Sales & Marketing team will build best practices real time based on your input!

Qualifications/Position Requirements

  • Education / License / Training: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or CRM License and Experience Equivalent
  • CRM Experience: 2+ Years of CRM System Experience & CRM Report Generation
  • Data Fascination: A love of Data Driven Decision Making
  • Analytical Skills: The CRM Specialist must have strong analytical skills to evaluate customer data and feedback, identify trends, opportunities, and make recommendations for leveraging technology to increase efficiencies and improve internal processes.
  • Technical Skills: The CRM Specialist must have a good understanding of CRM software and technology, as well as experience working with data analysis tools such as spreadsheets and databases (data organization, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Project Management: The CRM Specialist must have some experience and confidence in project delivery to oversee the implementation of CRM initiatives and ensure they are delivered on time. Independently Motivated.
  • Customer-Focus: The CRM Manager must have a customer-focused approach and a passion for internal customer support, teaching data best practices, sharing the value of marketing technology, and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG): Desire to Work in Green Infrastructure Manufacturing and Drive to Champion Environmental & Social Initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics Experience
  • Experience Building CRM Infrastructure
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Contracting (A|E|C) Industry
