Maintenance Lead

AdvantaStaff is looking to hire a Maintenance Lead in the Chester area. 
Pay:
$23.00 to $25.00/hour
Responsibilities:

• Requires valid driver's license, and ability to pass company vehicle driving test
  • Will need to be able to drive pickup with trailer
  • Responsible for daily safety talk with crew
  • Sets and executes weekly work schedule
  • Maintains and identifies equipment reliability issues
  • Will be responsible to assure that the following items are done:
• Mowing, Leaf cleanup
• General landscape maintenance
• Paved area weed removal
• Spring lot cleanups (sand from snow season)
• Inspection and maintenance of retention pond surroundings
• General site trash and debris collection and disposal
• Manages snow equipment
• Determines need for sand replenishment
• Plows, sand spreader, snow blowers
• Startup and repairs when necessary
• Will guide crew when needed for tasks other than yard work including but not limited to
  • Power washing of facilities or equipment
  • Painting of facilities or equipment
  • Miscellaneous on-site or off-site production or maintenance project activities
  • Site to site distribution of intercompany mail and materials
  • Responsible for monthly fire extinguisher inspections, and emergency lighting
  • inspection.
