Yard/Maintenance Crew 7am-330pm

AdvantaStaff is looking to hire a Yard/Maintenance employee in the Chester area. This is a long term temporary position.

Pay:
$16.00 per hour

Hours/Schedule:
7am-330pm/Monday-Friday, must be available for overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Outdoor landscape maintenance
• Operation of zero turn/tractor for lawn mowing and ability to drive a gas-powered utility vehicle
• Using devices such as gas powered weed trimmers, gas powered pole saws, pressure washer, and other various equipment
• Mixing and applying approved herbicides
• Daily drive around to pick up litter onsite
• Must be able to drive a company truck to maintain other properties
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good standing driving record(past 7 years)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds 
• Must be able to follow instructions and exercise good judgement
• Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision
• Steel toe shoes are required

This is a year-round position, will be working in hot weather as well as cold weather, includes snow team participation

If there is no outside work, there will be basic inside maintenance work such as: inspections, cleaning, moving things, and other various duties.
