Her expertise spans all areas of staffing, including operations, financial management, business development, and client services. As a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) through the American Staffing Association, she applies industry best practices to every engagement.
A Richmond native, Chris is also deeply invested in the local business community. She currently serves as Vice Chairwoman, Board of Directors for Virginia’s Gateway Region Economic Development Organization and is a member of the Business Development Committee for the Greater Richmond Partnership. Chris lives in Hanover with her husband and two children.

As one of the company’s founding team members, she oversees all aspects of recruiting, screening, placement, and workforce management. A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holder of a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Lovora combines hands-on experience with deep HR knowledge to optimize staffing operations. What drives her most is helping people succeed in their roles, and implementing processes that benefit both employees and the businesses they serve.
Known for his thoughtful approach and strong follow-through, J.T. works closely with employers to guarantee their staffing strategies support long-term success. With a background in on-site management, he is adept at developing and managing servicing programs that are tailored to each client’s goals.
J.T. is actively involved in every client relationship, regularly checking in, dropping by with treats, and making a point to stay personally connected. His ability to adapt and anticipate client needs makes him a trusted resource for companies across the region.
