For over 25 years, Chris has been a leader in the central Virginia staffing industry, working with production, manufacturing, and distribution companies. She has developed and managed specialized staffing programs ranging from one to 1,500+ employees and understands the importance of safety, productivity, and efficiency in order to remain cost-competitive in today’s business environment. Chris has experience in all aspects of the staffing industry – operations, financial management, business development and customer service – and is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) with the American Staffing Association. Active in the business community, Chris serves as Vice Chairwoman, Board of Directors for Virginia’s Gateway Region Economic Development Organization and is a proud Richmond native who lives in Hanover with her husband and their two children.
With more than 25 years of experience in temporary staffing, and with AdvantaStaff since our founding, Lovora is responsible for the supervision of all recruiting, screening, placement as well as the management of our workforce. She has a Master’s in Human Resources and has achieved certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management. What Lovora enjoys most in her role is seeing others succeed in their jobs, and utilizing her extensive knowledge to manage systems that streamline operations.
After graduating from The George Washington University in 2013, J.T. joined us as an on-site manager before relocating and continuing his career in staffing in Florida. In 2018, he returned to Richmond and took on the role of client services manager at AdvantaStaff, bringing considerable skill and vision to his work. He’s adept at developing and managing servicing programs, and meeting the needs of our clients.
As the lead on multiple AdvantaStaff accounts, Rami brings over 10 years of staffing experience to our team where he is involved in recruiting, screening, assigning and managing employees. Prior to joining AdvantaStaff, Rami worked for several years in manufacturing as an operator and supervisor, giving him a unique understanding of the needs of both our employees and clients.
With over 20 years in the staffing industry, Becky started at AdvantaStaff in 2006 as an Account Manager and has progressed into her role handling safety compliance and reporting, as well as managing several long-term accounts. She excels at encouraging employees to try new responsibilities and to have confidence in their abilities. For example, an employee who once felt intimidated by even the safety orientation was later chosen as employee of the month and hired by the AdvantaStaff client. Becky’s commitment to helping others improve and excel is what makes her a standout at AdvantaStaff.
About 10 years ago, Lusi started with AdvantaStaff in a production facility, and her friendly personality and high degree of professionalism was so notable, AdvantaStaff offered her a role as our receptionist. Her skills, including being bilingual and managing administrative needs, is complemented by her knack for being welcoming and upbeat to everyone who calls or comes to our office.
